DMS completed the construction of a 1,000 L/s wastewater pumping station that serves Markham District Energy’s new wastewater energy transfer facility. The project included the installation of five vertical wastewater screens, three 235 HP submersible pumps, process piping and associated valves, miscellaneous metals, and plumbing. The process piping systems included a 750 mm diameter stainless steel and HDPE forcemain, along with a 1,050 mm diameter HDPE gravity line.
Our scope included all piping system installations, millwrighting and equipment rigging, odour control system installation, and metal fabrication and installation. Through coordinated execution across every discipline, DMS delivered a reliable, high-capacity pumping station to support the facility’s wastewater energy transfer operations.
