DMS completed the installation of a biogas collection system, condensate management system, blower skid, and flare at an existing facility in Central Ontario. DMS engaged with the project owner during project conception and delivered the work as a design-build. Because the project took place at an operating facility, constant communication between all project stakeholders was paramount to avoid unnecessary interruptions to plant operations.
Our scope included all process piping, equipment installation, and civil works. The civil works involved the installation of 500 metres of 6-inch HDPE biogas piping, multiple road crossings, and subsurface chambers. Through close coordination and a collaborative design-build approach, DMS delivered a safe and reliable biogas collection and flare system while keeping the facility running smoothly.
