We have completed numerous biogas projects across Ontario, Alberta and the rest of Canada. As part of these projects, we have installed biogas collection systems, conditioning skids, flares, generators and microturbine. This experience has given us a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements and safety considerations needed to install a successful biogas system.
We completed the installation of a landfill gas system that included an enclosed flare, gas blowers and moisture separators. In addition to the flaring system, we also installed a landfill gas supply line to the adjacent property where it was used to heat an existing greenhouse facility.
This project consisted of the installation of a 1.6 MW containerized landfill gas to energy project located in Ontario. The plant consisted of a containerized generator set, remote mounted radiator and a packaged landfill gas conditioning skid. We constructed the landfill gas conditioning skid at our headquarters and shipped it to the project site. Onsite, we completed all rigging and installation of equipment, all above and below grade piping and interconnection to the existing landfill gas system.
We completed 6 projects for a municipality in Alberta at 4 of their existing landfill sites. These projects included the installation of flares, blowers, microturbines, generator sets, gas conditioning systems and gas scrubbers.
